Let me tell you a little bit about ME…

For years, I poured my heart into being a mom. I embraced every moment—but once my children were in elementary school, I realized I had lost sight of me. Who was I beyond chicken nuggets, LEGOs, and bedtime stories?

Hidden beneath my role as “mom” were so many questions. What's my favorite meal to cook just for me? What books do I love to read (that don't rhyme or involve talking animals)? What do I enjoy doing—just for fun?

That self-discovery led me to my passion for health and wellness. And I ran with it!

After 16 years of working in the health and wellness space, I founded Bloom Wellness Coaching—a space where women can reconnect with themselves and rediscover their strengths.

I help women navigate life's big transitions: stepping into adulthood, becoming a mother, rediscovering themselves after years of caregiving, or simply seeking clarity and balance. At Bloom, wellness isn't just about nutrition and exercise. (Spoiler alert! It's more than just weight loss!) It's about finding balance—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We create personalized wellness plans together that are tailored to you, your story, and your season of life.
